I have an office available tue/ thur for $270 a month on San pablo and Cedar in North Berkeley. Looking for another massage therapist to share the space. Its all set up and ready to go you just need to bring oil/cream and your sheets, maybe CD's as well. Its a really sweet spot so even though I couldn't afford it I didn't want to let it go.
